Phase 1 Site Area
The CF Fairview Mall property (1800 Sheppard Avenue East) is located at the northeast corner of Sheppard Avenue East and Don Mills Road, and is bounded by Fairview Mall Drive to the north and east.
The Phase 1 site area is situated in the southwest portion of the property, and located south of the existing mall, east of the above ground parking garage, and north of Sheppard Avenue East. The Phase 1 site area is also next to Don Mills subway station and bus terminal.

Timeline
The full vision for the Future of CF Fairview will involve multiple phases and take place over many years. At present, our Phase 1 proposal is progressing through the City’s review process.
Key Features of Phase 1
New housing options
In Phase 1, we are proposing to provide over 1,300 new homes in three residential towers. These new homes will not only include a mix of studio, 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom and 3-bedroom units, but a mix of condo and rental units as well.
