Our vision is to a) keep the current mall in place and b) redevelop the lands surrounding the mall, to ensure that Fairview Mall becomes a true mixed-use community: a convenient place to live, shop, and connect with one another.

Yes, providing new green space and multipurpose, programmable spaces, that will be accessible to the public and community year-round, is an important part of our vision for the site. One of the key green spaces we are including as part of this proposal is a Village Green.
